A little more about me.
I live on the beautiful south coast of Australia & work at Coastal Fitness Movement located in Kiama Downs.
My roots to the area run deep and I enjoy all of the nature, adventure and beauty the south coast has to offer. I have spent the last three years of my life dedicating my work to guiding people on their journey to become healthier, happier and the most resilient versions of themselves.
After spending my earlier years working as a sommelier in the hustle and bustle of Sydney and coming face to face with my own physical and mental health challenges, I can truly appreciate the importance that physical health has on ones own quality of life.
My philosophy as a coach is based on motivating and encouraging my clients to achieve their goals through experienced and analytical methods.
My approach includes tailored strength and conditioning programming, nutrition, accountability and helping clients improve their performance and technical lifts. This not only returns the best body composition result, but my pace and programming style also significantly decreases the risk of injury.
I specialise in strength and conditioning, body composition, biomechanics, nutrition, women’s health and have a passion for power lifting.
My simple and holistic approach to nutrition education creates sustainable and long term improvements.
I train a wide range of skill-levels and ages, providing clients specific prescription where necessary, based on their individual goals.
I approach my work with a kind, understanding and supportive style with a sprinkle of tough love and when needed. I am a passionate and committed motivator, and I would love to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
